i have nothing to say. hooray underwear.

as much as i am pro-nudity, i cannot comfortably go without underpants for more than a few hours at a time. it's not a modesty thing. that is all i will add.

Hee! That's exactly what I do, although I guess most people don't. I was on the phone with my mom the other day after work, and my landlady knocked on my door, and I exclaimed loud enough for both of them to hear, "Oops! Someone's at the door and I have no pants on!" I got a strange look from the landlady after I scrambled for clothes and opened the door :)

I do it too. Once I get home, unless I have to take the garbage out or something, my pants come right off.� I'll usually strip down to undies and a tank top when just around the house.

I can't believe I'm answering this poll.

I really only wear it if I have to leave the house, actually. I find it uncomfortable. If it were comfortable to go without while wearing work clothes or jeans, I wouldn't wear it during the day either.

I find that undies under pants is absolutely necessary. but no undies under a dress (if the skirt is long enough!) is fine, if not downright delicious.

underwear is pretty much all I sleep in. I can very rarely stand to have a shirt or anything else on. (Unless I'm going to be around non-Paul people.)

But I prefer to sleep completely nekkid when I've done my bath/shower before bed. Cleanness and sheets are a yummy thing. :)

I sleep in just about everything I've been wearing all day. Undies, jeans, shirt, and oftentimes socks and a bra, too. I've been told that it sounds horrendously uncomfortable, but it's always been fine with me.

I am one of the three people (so far) who answered never! This is just a recent development, and there are some occasions when underwear is needed. (like in professional situations, or to attach pads to) But I've gotten so used to going underwearless that when I do wear it I'm like 'eeew, this is so uncomfortable." no bras either, because i don't need them (::sings that Deirdre Flint song::)
It's really convenient too because you dont' have to do laundry nearly as much!

i don't really need a bra, either, and i actually stopped wearing bras for most of high school. but i like the way my boobies look when they're all shaped and supported, and i like to think that the support now will keep them from being too droopy when i get older, but i'm probably fooling myself.

hmmm. . . dont know about that. . if you ever have kids, your boobs will probably end up getting all droopy no matter how many bras you wear.

as for underwear, i don't wear them around the house, nor when i can avoid them. sometimes i'll wear "specialty underwear" (like my penguin thong) for my own amusement... and i wear them to school. that's pretty much it.

i really feel most comfortable totally skyclad... which is how i generally dwell at home when there's no parent type people home.

actually i like underpants. in fact, even here at the residence, when i'm in my room working on a paper, i'm generally in underpants and a tank top.

this was the source of near-embarassment when my roommates serenaded me with the birthday song. luckily they started singing at the other end of the hallway so i had abot 10 seconds to pull on clothes. *phew*

Alas, I am not comfortable without the underwear. Not even to sleep... if I sleep nude I have dreams about being nude in public and my sleep is not restful. And I really *need* to wear a bra most of the time, except to bed. Big boobies bounce when unfettered and the bouncing is painful, plus they tend to point sort of straight down. Not attractive in my opinion.

Granny panties are most comfortable since I find that almost anything else I wear does wedgie quite easily, but as I'm losing weight I am starting to wear lower-rise jeans which are not exactly compatible with the grannies... plus the grannies make me feel unattractive which I really don't need right now. Boxer-briefs are yummy. I love boys underwear... but not boxers. Feels like going commando but wearing extra pants to compensate... doesn't work for me.

That is exactly how boxers feel! You have distilled my dislike for them down to a sentence. I love the way they look, but they're just so damned uncomfortable. It is like having too many and too few clothes all at the same time!

i feel sexier in a pair of grannies than i do in a thong, for that reason, one feels comfie and good, the other feels wrong, and not in a good way.

as for the lower-rise jeans... look around for "boy style" underpants, they have the low cute leg, usually, but because they're "cute" usually have a lower waist as well.

so yah. look around because panties with full legs and low waists do exist. good luck!

i have tried them and given them more than a fair shot... they are not for me.

I really don't like the look of thongs. I don't know why they are supposed to be sexy. They seem stupid, because there is so little of them that I always wonder why wear underwear at all. I know some of the women here swear by them, and I guess what you like is what you should wear, and that is why there are so many styles, but count me in for the boy-style underware is cute faction.

i own one thong, and it serves one purpose: not showing panty lines in tight pants.

other than that, it is uncomfortable, permanent-wedged BUTT FLOSS.
