Jian = Gregory = Storm

yeah i totally agree

jian = storm (um, duh)
mike = bernie (insane add family guy)
murray = richard (quiet one who comes out with great snarky comments when you least expect it)

BUT:
jian also = paul (the one who assumes the "front man" role and does most of the talking onstage)
and dave also = richard (guy with the most serious musical talent, at least imo)

i would like to go on record as to agreeing with all of carey's choices.

Jian=:

Storm in the "I'm the cute one" sense

Richard in the "I'm the ethnic one" sense

Bernie in the "I'm the talkative one" sense

and Paul in the "I'm the front man" sense

The rest are hard to map.

so basically davinci's notebook is really just a bunch of jian's?

and i dont know. . i kinda think paul's cuter than storm. . . .but i guess that would work cus a lot of people think murray is cuter than jian.

oh, paul's easily cuter than gregory, especially whe you see him with his kids...but gregory does "title of the song." :)

right... "I'm the cure one" doesn't necessarily mean that he actually is, objectively, the cutest... it's just... an aura.

I would think "the cure one" would mean that he wears the most black eyeliner and stuff.

I always find it easiest to map jian onto any group. If you were to map the Frulads onto the seven deadly sins I could see

Jian = lust
Jian = pride

I can't really map the others onto anyone.

I did come up with mapping them all onto horseman of the apocolypse.

• Jian = Famine - Has a mother ever looked on him and not thought "eat something you're so skinny."


• Mike = War - it is hard to say why but it works.


• Dave = DEATH - At least the Terry Pratchett version of death. A nice guy doing his job.


• Murray = Pestilance - OK I really don't see this but they are the only ones left. Murray just isn't cut out to be a horseman.
