--A change in system logic would be made to read a blank IP PFX on the SE record as being populated with zeroes when minifield 16 is also blank. (If the design decision is to change the logic rather than run a one-shot to the SE records.) If we have the system read the IP PFX as "00", the claim can then have a CPT populated without generating the "PLEASE CORRECT HIGHLIGHTED FIELDS" edit and allow us to validate the CPT.
--A one-shot may be needed to the miniopts 16 field of TOS codes that don't require a PROC but have an 'M' in miniopts 16.

Since most performances are scheduled at schools, the text of this Letter of Agreement refers to schools and the personnel employed and associated with schools. If a performance is held at another type of organization, the content of this letter of Agreement still holds true. The Florence FP office is considered the official headquarters of FP. In the case of a Boston troupe, the Boston location of FP will be considered the parking location of the van. It is expected that performers meet at these locations. A substitute performer is a performer who is pre-approved by FP, and who is currently trained and capable of performing the needed character in FOODPLAY show. This is what I SHOULD be seeing now that I'm 10 pages away from finally finishing this story (I started last August). "I want to be famous. Famous and in love. And though I know that one usually interferes with the other, I still want it." RACCOONS It's midnight and the raccoons are mating in the trees their rhythmic, warbling cries like so much techno dance music. While all of these studies have value, and quite possible truth, in their own rights, they are not the study of the literature itself. The criticisms of the materialist critics might be true about society, but society and the literature produced or read by it are separate entities. In the time between Plato and the critics of today, this distinction was generally noted in literary criticism. Some schools of though, such as the New Critics, went so far as to discount the notion of authorial intent, declaring it "neither available nor desirable as a standard for judging the success of a work of literary art" (Wimsatt and Beardsley 1383). These critics present the poem or novel as a work completely unto itself, unconnected to any form of context external to the text.

Nature, according to Thomas Huxley, is on about the same level as a gladiators show (62). Limited resources and ever-increasing populations lead to an unrestrained, unregulated, no-holds-barred struggle for existence. Morality has no place in the natural world, though men often superimpose their own ethics onto what they see. As an example, Huxley describes the relationship between a wolf and a deer: though humanity may tend to sympathize with the sufferer rather than the aggressor, deer and wolf are alike admirable (60), because they are equally well suited to their respective needs of fleeing and of attacking. If the wolf is hungry and able to catch a deer, nature has no reason for him to exercise restraint. The natural competition for the means of survival, in fact, necessitates his impulsive, uninhibited behavior. Society, on the other hand, means a checking of the cosmic process at every step (Huxley 108). Huxleys definition of the beginning of civilization is the first [substitution of] the state of mutual peace for that of mutual war, . . . a limit upon the struggle for existence (64-65). Unlike nature, society should and does operate on ethical rules, according to which a man who acts like the wolf is, in fact, less admirable than one who acts like the deer. It is restraint that facilitates the cooperation necessary to a functioning society, and thus the ethical man founds his life on . . . self-restraint, which is the negation of the unlimited struggle for existence (65). Restraint is useless in the animal world, but it is both needed and morally valued in human society.

This book contains long passages describing Harriets boredom and also her missions throught the woods for some reason or another. Excise these sections and the book may be more readable. She has some interesting main characters, such as Harriets aunts, but these rewards are few and far between compared to the descriptions of the red necks who have a Methamphetamine lab. Although she tries to make them distinct, even bestowing one with a blind eye, they all run together in a huge, boring, meth-soaked stew. The portrayal of these rednecks (including a snake-handling preacher) alternates between comical and embarrassing. The Little Friend cant seem to make up its mind what time period it is set in. The Bay City Rollers (80s) are popular with school girls, Harriet wears L.L. Bean shoes (90s), there are girls named Jada at her camp (00s), but comic books cost 35 cents (60s?). Also, the relationship between the races seem distressingly backward, even for the Deep South. The only non-servant black portrayed is a mulatto hustler named Catfish! Please!

I have a spreadsheet Constituent ID, Key Name, Amount, Appeal, Date, Gift Type, PAyment Type, First Pledge Payment Date, Pledge Reminder?, Reference, campaign, Fund, Post Date, Post status. and then in the window next to it a form with the address info for whichever constituent account I have open. The Kinks is the continuing obsession of one of Britain's premier songwriting talents, Raymond Douglas Davies (b. 21 June 1944, Muswell Hill, London, England; vocals/guitar/piano). Originally known as the Ravens, the Kinks formed at the end of 1963 with a line-up comprising: Dave Davies (b. 3 February 1947, Muswell Hill, London; guitar/vocals) and Peter Quaife (b. 31 December 1943, Tavistock, Devon, England; bass), and were finally joined by Mick Avory (b. 15 February 1944, London; drums). Their first single 'Long Tall Sally' failed to sell, although they did receive a lot of publicity through the efforts of their shrewd managers Robert Wace, Grenville Collins and Larry Page. Their third single, 'You Really Got Me', rocketed to the UK number 1 spot, boosted by an astonishing performance on the UK television show Ready Steady Go.This and its successor, 'All Day And All Of The Night', provided a blueprint for hard rock guitar playing, with the simple but powerful riffs supplied by the younger Davies. Over the next two years Ray Davies emerged as a songwriter of startling originality and his band were rarely out of the best-sellers list. Early in 1965, the group returned to number 1 with the languid 'Tired Of Waiting For You'. They enjoyed a further string of hits that year, including 'Everybody's Gonna Be Happy', 'Set Me Free', 'See My Friend' and 'Till The End Of The Day'. Despite the humanity of his lyrics, Davies was occasionally a problematical character, renowned for his eccentric behaviour. The Kinks were equally tempestuous and frequently violent. Earlier in 1965, events had reached a head when the normally placid drummer, Mick Avory, attacked Dave Davies on stage with the hi-hat of his drum kit, having been goaded beyond endurance. Remarkably, the group survived such contretemps and soldiered on. A disastrous US tour saw them banned from that country, amid further disputes. ...etc :D i'm meant to be studying for my music exam in 3 weeks, one of the sections of which is on pop & rock music, and one of the set works i have to study is the kinks' 'waterloo sunset'. i have to know a bit of background info on the band, y'know, for context and that. actually, here's the list of set works for the topic: louis armstrong - west end blues the beatles' and the kinks' songs are special focus works, which means i have to study them more in-depth than the others. yer. my music course rawks. :)
That's almost as cool as the class I took where I watched Sci-Fi films!

damn thing is still uinder construction, but soon it will be filled with my art. word. here is another smaple of a typical zilworkthing: the stage is full of damn actors not paying attention and the pit is full of musicians impatiently waiting for rehersal to begin. "places people, places, we want to start this rehersal on time today." I yell as I walk around the stage handing out notes and giving constructive critisism/support. they clear the stage and they all wait for me to give the word, and then we begin. make sure john gets his props, becuase he always forgets, jamie likes lemon in his water, erin is missing a botton on his shirt for act two, dont forget to cue the pit, stage light cue, cue actors, shove sara on stage because she always forgets her entrance, cue sound cue 1 night sounds, cue sound cue 2 crickets... the painting thing is kind of hard to give you a sample of... and the movie theater thing is not worth your time. the end.
heh... on 1940' radio hour poster (www.ohmpaa.org) you can just barely see my signature under the mic. thats origonal zilart folks.

the only computer-related thing in the current stage of my art project is a letter from my instructor:
I feel that there is not enough of a tangible connection between the images, and the text. You have lost the humor of your comic books - and humor is what can make the work more potent - bringing light to a heavy topic. I feel that the images could be a lot more important in the work - and the text minimized. If the viewer can't make the links between image and text, and is not motivated to do so, he/she will dissociate from the piece. We were thinking more of a collage approach where you might actually illustrate some of the stereotypes - place woody allen or similar figure next to a sexy army figure - by pairing things you could create an interesting dialogue - hitler vs israeli solder - jap - vs ? These are just the most obvious examples - but by creating a new context through coupling or comparing the images could be a lot more powerful, and you would reduce the need to spell it out in a text. It is tricky because the piece is not a formal essay - and not a comic - not sure how the 'drawn essay' works - it is difficult to be in between the two forms. et cetera... also, i can't seem to see any of the images people are posting :(

Well, can't internet from work.
And it's not my work season. But I'll give you a mock-up of the type of notes I end up taking when there's too many things happening at once, and I need to have things written down so I can enter everything in without us having to back up too much... Begin Rt: 2.143 Begin Lt: 2.145 St Rt Br: 2.148 St Lt Br: 2.150 Ed Rt Br: 2.150 Ed Lt Br: 2.152 End Rt: 2.155 End Lt: 2.157 BR Rail: Bolted to low frame Appr: Type 5 - no Spacers Type 4 Transitions Rt begin, Lt end tmts - t&b Lt begin, Rt end tmts - mod buff Rec: add 2 units all corners; replace supports; rt end appr will need brk or rad for field ent; add'l spec needed on deck (not my area); reposition mod buff ends - too // for my tastes, even if mod buff & not flaired *** add'l spec on deck is how my mom would re-word it in the office. Any bridge with a bad deck is given a work order "additional inspection needed" and I put a comment in that "this bridge sucks." :-) I have to type "no spacers" in the comments regarding type 5 rail a lot (so many agencies skimp on the spacer blocks when they use type 5, which is dumb), and I get tired of it - so does my coworker Andy - that by the second or third week of work, we start typing all sorts of strange things. "No spaceships" "No Spicegirls" "No spiders" When we get too weird, she ends up having to call and ask us what the hell something means. We also comment if something seems useless. "Bridge over troubled nothing." "Bridge over cow." Or if something's unclear. "In control points as bridge. This bridge does the best culvert-impression I've ever seen." Ok, I'll try to shut up now... but you DID ask about work. So there.
