hey all!
i'm new to the site and can't quite figure out how or why it took me so long to find it. :) in any case, a couple months ago i was reminded by my friend lisa of how awesome moxy is, and i realized i hadn't listened to their stuff in waaaaaay too long. so i dug out the cds and a couple live bootlegs i have. *sigh*
then i hit a couple days in the course of a couple weeks where this band literally saved the day -- as in, i found myself feeling pretty low & having a hard time, but after a good cry and a couple MF albums, i found myself feeling 100% better. these guys are so amazing; even after 10 years without a live show, they still are capable of creating such inescribable joy. And it occurred to me that other than saying hello and thank you after shows and dancing my ass off, i've never really expressed to them just how much their music has meant to me, and still does -- and how powerful the music and the memories of those shows are.
so i went on a hunt for their email addresses, but i'm having a little trouble. jian pretty clearly is accessible via an assistant, and dave's email is clearly on his website. but mike's website seems to be set up for an autofill email form i can't use for a group email to all of them together. and i haven't seen a way to email murray, whether through great big sea or otherwise. any ideas? does anyone have those two addresses or know where to find them?
any info or tips would be appreciated.... i just want to write one big, loving thank you to them all and call it good.
