Poll: What Kind of Role playing do you do?

I'm too cool. obviously. :P

One, never had anyone to role-play with.

Two, wouldn't tell you about it anyway :)

some of my friends are in this group of people that seriously think they're vampires or "otherkin"....

and the rest of us just kind of snicker softly behind them..

i can't believe that a role playing poll was posted and not only was d&d not on it, neither were any of the huge online games.

not that i role-play anymore, but the last character i created wasn't THAT long ago, when a good rpg friend came back here to get married, the ol' group got together for a game.

as for the other kind... well, that's for private ;->

Yeah, that surprised me too. I know vampire is popular and all, but I think most people who have only played one game, have played D&D.

Still, most of my gaming time was based on the White Wolf system (It was more Changeling than Vampire though).

I haven't been able to play much of anything in a while, but I'd love to. I just have no one to game with right now. Find me a few folks who are both interested, and don't take gaming too seriously, and I'll be there.

D&D(1st,2nd&3rd edition), GURPS, V:tM, and a slew of others I've played on one or two occasions.

Then there were the old BBS RPGs.

I spent many middle/high school afternoons fighting in the forests of Legend Of the Red Dragon. I remember how exciting it was when the BBS I frequented got a second line, and you could even challenge other people.

It was repetitive, but I really miss that game ;-)

I used to do live-action-role-playing down in georgia when I was living in knoxville, but it screwed with my identity too much, so I had to stop (I got way to into the role of "wench").

Otherwise, well, I'm not telling ;)

I have played Vampire: The Masquerade as well as Mage: The Ascension, but that's about it. I've played a few online games, but nothing seriously.
