Award Nomination

I'd like to announce that I am seeking a nomination for Best Fan Artist at next year's Hugos. If you'd like to help in this endeavor, then join the WSFS (that's the World Science Fiction Society) by January 31,2005, if you don't already belong, so you can be eligible to nominate. In case you're wondering what a fan artist is, the WSFS Constitution defines it as, "An artist or cartoonist whose work has appeared through publication in semiprozines or fanzines or through other public display during the previous calendar year."
