Poll: How much do you like your job or school?

I like my school. it's fun. i love my friends. but i'm sooo ready to graduate.

an "I'm unemployed" option would have been helpful.

Barring that, I said "ok" -- I like my "hours," but an income would be nice.

I am a very happy camper most of hte time in my current job.... and every time I think I'm having a crappy day, I just remember that a crappy day here is better than a GOOD day at my last job.

I adore my school.
It is not my dream school. The administration here makes some decisions I don't like, the campus newspaper prints things that infuriate me (for grammatical or political reasons, mostly), and there's a lot of busy-work sometimes.

But it's in Vermont, and it's beautiful. There are wonderful, open, friendly people and fascinating classes. Sometimes on my way across campus I just look up at the sky (blue, lately, above orange and yellow trees) and I can't think of a better place to be.

So that was cheesy. But I meant all of it.

I looked briefly at Bennington while I was applying to colleges and I thought it looked kinda like a run-down summer camp.

I heeeeaaaaaaarrrrrt college. I could not be happier anywhere else. I have the greatest friends here, and my classes are wonderfu. I can't believe how lucky I am.

Also, I get to boss around the co-op students. This is grand fun.

Then there's the whole starting-my-own-business-thing. It would be neat if I weren't such a dirty slacker.

It is really good to see that only 17% of the respondents don't like their work/school situation and 32% love it or consider it their dream job.

i really love what i'm studying this year. and i like my part-time job.
