How much attention do you crave?

It's a weird combination of both sides of the spectrum. On the one hand I'm desperate to be noticed and to exist to people because I feel so invisible and I just crave attention so badly. On the other hand I hate being the center of attention and like to sit on the edges of a group so I can participate when I want but fade out when I want. I guess maybe it comes down to craving attention desperately from people who matter to me or whose good opinion I seek but wanting no attention from the rest of the world because it's scary.

I am totally from Planet Look At Me Look At Me! If Jian and I were in a room together we'd probably wear ourselves out.

I don't want to be famous, but I wouldn't mind being known.
I'd like for people to read what I right, and wouldn't mind going somewhere and being recognized, but at the same time, I don't want to run into people who want to talk to me everytime I walk down the street. In the end, I'd rather people notice my work than me though. In personal situations, I'm more comfortable being the unnoticed observer, who can lurk at a party just like lurking in newsgroups. Now being creepy, just unnoticed.

For me, it depends on who would notice me. There are some cases where I try to avoid people, even friends, when I have to. Other times, I just want everyone to notice me. It just depends on the situation.

I don't crave any attention. I don't know what you're talking about.

Oh I love people noticing me, but I don't really go out of my way to make them, the way I generally carry myself is enough that people either turn their heads or acknowledge my existence.

I generally like attention, but there are certainly situations where I don't want to be noticed (usually when I'm doing something stupid), and people I don't want noticing me. I guess I mostly want to be appreciated, which requires a certain amount of notice, but only the positive kind.
