What's with Karen?

Ok! I don't know if it's me...but every time in the last week or so that I've looked at the birthdays, there has been someone with the name "Karen" on there.
I understand that it's not a strange name or anything..but is anyone else scared that almost everyone born in October has the name KAREN?
I've worked with karens, there are Karens in my apt building, heck, I even have a very good friend Karen, (born in November) but I think there is somthing going on here.
So please...if you have a child in October...I beg of you..name her (or him) anything but Karen.
I don't think my little heart could take it (I'm already afraid of people named Wolfgang)
Thank you, and please tell me if you have noticed an abundance of Karens (or "October" Karens) in your area.

My aunt Karen's birthday is 10/3... BOO! ;)

I know a lady named karen... she was my boss at hannaford. she was very secritive about when her birthday was... I am now certain that she is infact an october karen and she's trying to keep it under raps! .... .... ..... because of the abundance of octoberkaren-osis. ;-)

Karen is a great name I don't know what everyone is complaining about!! That is my name and since I am probably one of the older Karen's on FHDC I came first! Okay, well I am the Karen that Frulie is talking about for a b-day in Nov. (I hope anyway) lol. November birthdays are better anyway (at least mine is 26th near Thanksgiving and Chanukah is the 29th) more presents for me! I never thought my name was that popular until I got older. Karen was not a popular name when I was a child growing up in NJ. Once I moved to Northern VA I found Karen to be a pretty popular name especially in the work place. So much for being unique! I am strange in my own way just ask anyone who knows me. I am sure that Frulie can vouch for that! For that matter, ask Rob 'Partiallyclips' Balder (my fiance) he lives with me! So, just when you thought Oct. was a bad month for Karen's next month may be just as bad! HAHAHAHAHAHA!

heh...i know 3 karens, personally, though the only october connections they have are...well....i have seen k-rock every other october now on random visits to new england, my friend karen from home just had her 20th class reunion last night which was october, and my friend i -used- to work with..um....i don't know -how- i could relate her to october...except that mebbe when i got promoted to Office Manager at the theatre co, she gave me a 'pooh's littl instruction book' as a congrats..and that was in october.

and actually, of these 3, though their names are karen, i know them respectively as k-rock, kari, and kay-lyme.

yah.

yeah.. but you give everyone a nick-name! hehe!
