so do you think Jian has the eyes of an arabian princess?

Persians aren't Arabs. He'd probably be offended by the comparison.

Persian princesses are *way* sexier than Arabian princesses anyway.

Okay, so did anyone see last week's >play?� Because I swear�Jian was wearing significant amounts of eye makeup,�and I ascribed it (perhaps wrongly) to him trying to play up� the "Arabian princess"� line.

Other than that, he did a good job of being snarky with Conan O'Brien, unlike apparently anyone else in Toronto.��� What kind of crack do you have to be on to pay $1 million CDN for Conan?�

I *loved* his remark:

"Eyes of an Arabian Princess? I was offended by that.�

(pause)

I also have the *legs* of an Arabian Princess"

he toned that down from the >play newsletter then, where he said "I was offended by that ... I also have the mouth of a southeast asian whore."

I guess he figured with Conan on the show there was only room for one of them to be that politically incorrect. ;)

It was surreal, though, to get to a hotel at 2 am, turn on the tv, and not only have >play be the first thing we see, but also hear about TO falling all over itself about Conan. We didn't even know Conan was *in* TO, and none of the Torontonians either here or on lj seem to give a hoot, so it was news to us that his visit was such a bfd. And then we learned it was a scandal too! Wheee!

I think he has intense peircing eyes. maybe they belong to a babalonian princess. or an iraqi princess. what about a persian prince? or a persain rug, I can't tell.

If he does he better give them back. Where's he keeping them in his drum kit next to the underwear?
