Beautifully-directed satire about the generation gap. Perfectly captures the feelings of confusion and anger that come with being thrust into the "real world" without a clue. And the soundtrack rocks. Of course.

I have to mention that my school watches this, en masse, at the beginning of each school year. People cheer when he mentions directionlessness, everybody sings along, all older women dating younger men will be referred to as Mrs. Robinson at least once in the semester... *sigh* Brilliant movie.

Great flick. Words are failing me, but Joy and Carey have done a good job.
