I agree with Michael on this one. I couldn't have said it better myself.

Almost perfect and then the ending just drags. The problem is, it wraps everything up nicly but man is the last half hour boaring. It makes you realize how long this film acually is. However the first 2 hours fly by proving that Clancy Brown (Highlander's Kergan) is still the man, and it's still a wonderful movie. Go see it!

Really cool movie. I like the way the main character is all dorky and yet devious.

Wonderful, wonderful movie. Tim Robbins and Morgan Freeman give some of the best performances of their careers. The script is perfect - just enough metaphor to get you through and just enough violence to keep you in line. I always cry through the section with Brooks. He's just such a sweet old man. He deserved better.
