well-written, well-acted space western. or something.

I knew almost nothing about this when I saw it for the first time. After seeing it, I immediately watched all of Firefly, the TV series it is a continuation of, and then went to see it again.

That short summary doesn't even begin to describe this movie. For one thing, it never stops. There's not a single dull moment in this film, and it's constantly moving, just like the crew of Serenity.

It takes place in the future and in space, but don't let that fool you. It's just a setting. It could take place almost anywhere or any time.

The plot is clever; the dialogue is entertaining; the characters and their relationships are real; and the action is exciting and intense.

i wanna see it again and again and again.

i both love and hate joss with the fire of a thousand suns. see this movie.
