Note: I've made a few changes to the way I'm doing torrents. If this is successful, I may keep it this way.
1. A new tracker. http://www.dgodwin.com/tracker simple, and hopefully functioning again.
2. flac format. Not SHN. Do a search for FLAC if you don't know what to do with them. There's still a plug-in for winamp, nero, and probably others. There is mac support, and I believe, linux.

If you have any problems, post here and I'll see what I can do.

Thanks a bunch!

And thanks for using flac (SHN is so last millienium that it isn't funny. May it die a fiery death...)

There is mac support, and I believe, linux.

Since flac is OSS there's even more support for flac than for shn (should work on any os if a C compiler is available :)

If, hypothetically, I were to ask someone to seed this, would I just keep my BitTorrent software running constantly while I am away? Or do I have to arrange a time? Or do I just start it up when I get home and assume that other people have it available?

In case you cannot tell, I am quite the newbie with this whole torrent thing...

You can connect at any time, even though there might not be a seeder.

Hypothetically, someone who all ready downloaded this, will se a lone leecher, but no seeder, and feel bad for them. He'll be the nice guy (or gal,) and start seeding for the fellow.

Or perhaps, the original seeder will reseed it, because he's such a nice guy...
