Character Map may not be installed on your machine. To install:

1. Go to Start --> Settings --> Control Panel.
2. Open the "Add/Remove Programs" icon.
3. Click "Windows Setup."
4. In the list of categories, highlight (you don't need to click the checkbox) "System Tools" and click the "Details" button.
5. In the list of System Rools, click the checkbox to check "Character Map"
6. Click OK, and then OK again.

You may be asked for your Windows 98 CD.

Finally Pauley's Windows training is being put to some good use. As opposed to say, looking up pictures of Prince, which is what he was doing up until now.

Another thing...Recent versions of Word have a similar function built into them. If you go to Insert->Symbol, it'll let you scroll through fonts and insert whatever you want.

Help-Desk bitches represent.
