Vegan recipes for the terminally lazy

Discussion: Vegan recipes for the terminally lazy
Victoria · 20 years, 2 months ago

I'm really hungry. But there's not much in my house in the way of immediately edible brunch foods. Also, there is no milk, which prevents me from making funnel cakes (my first plan). So I started looking up some vegan recipes, for things I could make without milk, and found this surprisingly difficult (especially when I realized that there aren't any potatoes, either).

Quick! Anyone got some easy, milkless recipes that I might be able to use to feed myself?

I guess I *could* just go to the store or something... but that would defeat the purpose (which purpose you ask? I'm sorry, but that is classified information).

You could order some take-out . . . I'm not very creative.

I failed to mention the fact that I'm also very cheap.

Well, now mom's come home with groceries, so we have lots.

well, if I had an idea of the available ingredients, I could probably name you a menu. :)

I spent years having to create appetizing vegan meals from random food.

Really, what I was looking for was something simple and easy that didn't require milk, as that seems to be a key ingredient for making most things, especially breakfasty-type things (yes, funnel cakes are breakfasty. Leave me alone).
