Fruvous.com.... gone?

Yeah, like I check it often (nothing new there)... but I had a avatar on a forum linked there, and since the picture link showed up with the ol red X, I checked on the site, and it's GONE. Maybe just down or something.....

it's likely a routing issue.� it's been known to happen.� happens here too from time to time where some people can access fhdc but not others...

I saw the tatooed bastid doing merch at an EFO show last weekend too. ANyone got a direct line to Jason Reiser? I don't want Fruvous.com to go the way of Voices On The Verge's old website...

The DNS server you're using must have it cached. It may die after the TTL expires.

According to an NSI whois... it's renewed now:

Expiration Date: 11-dec-2004

Just a matter of time before it comes back online, I'd imagine.

There shouldn't be any concerns. To buy an expired domain name, there's at least a 45-day waiting period.

�Not that it matters now that it's resolved, but NSI had some problems with their systems around the same time that the domain was up for renewal... so automatic renewal or no, it lapsed cuz NSI wasn't accepting information from any other registrars (like Tucows, Register.com, etc)
