since i'm a boy i have to go with 'zilch'. i think it would be too weird popping out kids.

stealthlori · 20 years, 8 months ago
He's nice. And he's enough all by himself. So yeah, one's good.
A.J. · 20 years, 8 months ago
Got 2, so I'll say 2. I suppose that is always subject to change though.
Melinda J. Beasi · 20 years, 8 months ago
In an ideal world, I'd like to have two. I think I'm only up for one, though, at this point. So that's what I chose.
*joolee* · 20 years, 8 months ago

Well, I definitely WANT to have children. Two sounds like a good number, but it's a wee bit too early in life to be committing.

I'm waiting for someone to say one less kid than they already have. I'm evil.

Who submitted this poll? (I think it might have been me but the phrasing seems different)

Where is the thing about "if you aren't happy with this poll..."

it can't be yours; no spelling errors. :)

nate... · 20 years, 8 months ago
Less than 12.

(sorry, inside joke.)
iPauley · 20 years, 8 months ago
Haven't settled yet. I imagine someone else (someday) might want a say in it. :)

Hopefully at least one of each, boys and girls.

OK, somehow, that retroactively made the reception thing even funnier.

Uhm, yeah. I'll be elsewhere now.

no one Back · 20 years, 7 months ago
Same here. Love the nieces and nephews though. And my grandson. Oops.
Agent Scully Back · 20 years, 7 months ago
Me too.

I do not want children.
zil · 20 years, 7 months ago
I can't have kids. that is, I can't give birth to a child. or an adult anything else for that matter. what I mean to say is that polysystic ovarian syndrom plus uncontrolled psycho diabetes make it pretty impossible for me to carry a child full term and live. that and I'm pretty sure I wouldn't want to saddle a kid with me as its mumsy.
Doug Smiley · 20 years, 7 months ago
In general, women are naturally wired todesire bearingchildren thus to continue the human race.
nate... Back · 20 years, 7 months ago
Yes, as men are wired to want to mate as often as possible.

That, however, doesn't mean that some men don't also want to bear and raise children.

Nick Collins · 20 years, 7 months ago

I personally do not want to be in charge of children, nor do my friends think it would be wise. I enjoy the company of little toddler kids, they make me happy, the remind me of myself, before the weight of the world crushed my spirits. However, I do not want to become a slave for 18 years of my life so some little midget can get a free ride to upper management and have a better life than me, bastards.

Nick Collins Back · 20 years, 7 months ago

sorry, went into one of my little rants there didn't I?

nate... Back · 20 years, 7 months ago
Isn't that kinda the point?

I mean... I know that when I have children, i'll do my damndest to make sure they don't make the mistakes I did.... and make sure they have as much of a free ride (through advice) as possible.

siobhan's a londoner · 20 years, 7 months ago
I don't now one would be nice more would be nice but as I say ( and people always seem to find this more funny than I intend it to be) I'm not going to have any children fort he forseeable future aunless there is an enormous cock up.

We have a "deal" in my household: when I'm 30, he can start bugging me about having kids. Until then, I don't want to hear about it. :)
