Zilpha updates

As some of you know, one of our fruhead friends, Zilpha, is currently in the hospital. She is allowed to go online for a few minutes each day, but doesn't get much time, so she has asked me to keep everyone updated. I'll post updates on her condition here. Everyone send lots of happy, positive thoughts her way! :)

March 6 from Zilpha:

the room they have me in is ... as much unlike a hospital room as I think is possible. the food is gross and I haven't touched a bite, but no worries they assure me that if I don't eat "we can do it the hard way" I'm not sure to what lengths I'm willing to go to not eat. I'm just not hungry. oh well. they'll get me headed in the right direction...

nurse bull dog anderson trails my every step, calling me sweet pea and taking my shoe laces away, but you know what? I think I feel a speck of hope. I mean not to say I'm meraculesley better, but I want to be better. I'm no longer wallowing in my dismal depression. I'm going to take action... I just wish I didn't hate eating....

zil update- adam came to see me yesterday... it nearly killed me. my stomatch bunched and twisted wwith nerviousness. why was he here? what is he doing? then after an aqward hug and a bit of small talk he said he was sorry for hurting me... that he loves me... my heart flew... but he just can't be with me because he isn't ready for the kind of relationship I want... it feels like my chest is in a vice... can't breath... and then I had to run to the bathroom and loose what little lunch I was able to get myself to eat. I hate that fucking scale. they make me get on it every morning... ofcourse they don't tell me what it says and I face away from it when I get on... I've lost 10 pounds in the last week... I have a goal that I can't get under or they'll make me have a feeding tube, but I'm told I have a good 40 pounds before that is an option... they say if I show that I want to get better and that if I start eating again they may consider letting me go home... with the stipulation that I come back 3 times a week for check ups and weigh ins ... I wonder how far I am from being able to do that? not a good day.

Tell her we miss her and we're thinking of her.

I hope my sweet zil gets better soon.

I have some good news and I figured I'd post it myself seeing as I have more than a minute to be on just now...

I'M GOING HOME!! well not home... to my parents home... which hasn't been my home in a while. anyway... it seems that since I'm not in imedeate danger of killing myself my insurance wont cover more than a week of me in this place. so as of tomorrow I'll be free... well resonably free... actually not free at all, but atleast the bull dog wont be watching my every move. I have to go back 3 times a week... and there will be weigh ins and all that... and if I dip down below the danger weight I'll be going back in, so wish me luck... seems like eating shouldn't be this hard.

Zilpha, whenever you feel down, try to remember how many people actually love you and want you to be around forever. You are definitely not one of those who'd improve this little blue planet by leaving it. Stefan
