No Taup? Did I spell that anything close to the right way?
Cool, I know that puce is the color of a flea's belly. I want to know why people were observing a flea's belly that closely.

I voted purple as well, but that's not quite exact. My REAL favourite colour is "Purple with Sparkly Bits" Very rare in nature I had to have surgery done on my foot last April. Orange and purple are my favorite colors. My birthday was less than a week after the surgery and I ended up stuck in bed on my 21st birthday. My mom managed to find me a bouquet of orange and purple flowers for my birthday. I was so psyched. I dried them and they're hanging on my wall.

i'm a little art student (too cool for words), so my favorite colors are always changing, & NATurally the best ones are the ones that don't quite exist.....
currently, though, i like green :)

good on ya, nate, you give us a choice of seven broad ranges of colour followed one option to tick if our choice of colour among the millions available don't fit. Let me explain:
i hate green, except for some shades of emerald, and a particular shade of very light creamy green for which i cannot find a name. at the same time i love blue, but not the "happy" bright frequencies above sky blue. anything between ultramarine and almost indistinguishable from black is fine by me. as for turquoise, which is said to be a blend of blue and green, yuck! most disappointing is that while some posts mentioned alternative choices, no one voted for "other" up to the time i wrote this post. p.s. next poll could be even simpler, e.g. what do you prefer, black or white?
> no one voted for "other"
wow, you're right. 45 votes and not a single "Other" in a poll that I assumed would give it at least 50%. could it be that fruheads are becoming decisive? hah. :)

I have a great love of blue. It's been like that the past few years. But before that I was into green and burgundy and of course black. But blue took me over. It's just so clean and hopeful. In general I like cool colors and dislike warm colors. And if need be I like cooler versions of warm colors (like a bluey-red rather than an bright or orangey-red) It also goes with how I like moonlight better than sunlight and silver better than gold. (HATE yellow gold) I like things cool and clean and crisp.
I knew somebody would do that, I figured it would be you. OK my first guess is that it would be me.
While I also wonder about the object we're coloring, I had to go with orange. That will change drastically for the "object of hue."

Something tells me you could have figured that out on your own...
>Black isn't a color. It's an abscence of colour.
>That depends whether you're working in light or pigment. I gotta remember that next time someone tries to pull the "black isn't a colour" one on me. You must first create an account to post.
