We go to see them whenever they are in the Philly area, and feel this band is the most exciting thing to happen to the
music scene since
Josie and the Pussycats In Outer Space.
Our baby daughter insisted we play their albums at her first-year birthday party, so we know that a Fru-phillic gene exists
and can be
passed down. The rest of our family consists of our nutty chocolate lab Hamster (she LOVES ham) and two Siamese cats
Coco and
Elmo.
Cooled down from our wild late-'80s post-college days of being Muzak-crazed acid freaks who shot-putted TV sets across
the room for
fun while dressed in beige waffle-weave polyester jumpsuits, we now enjoy the role of being settled-down
thirty-somethings who get
excited at the thought of cracking open that third beer while watching X-Files reruns. |
