I love Junkyard Wars...it's awesome to see stuff in process. But I'm currently enamored with Full Metal Challenge so I had to go with it. Henry Rollins is a hoot and I have a crush on Cathy. (Is that her name?) It's a really fun show to watch. :)

I love Junkyard wars... both versions. And full metal as well... but I had to go for Monster Garage, as it is currently my fav.

The artistry is AMAZING with those guys... I mean, junkyard/full metal are impressive slapped together machines that do something.... but monster garage combines that with real artistry and an impressive level of refinement.
and... I love the fact that the vehicles have to appear to be stock.

I guess I do love them all... but at the moment, monster garage is winning for pure fascination points.

Robot Wars isn't really a "this is what you have to accomplish, now build something that can do it." challenge.

Actually, he's the only British host I've seen (not counting the girl whose name escapes me)

I agree, mostly, I like most british style over all. Yay@ Red Dwarf, and Whose line, and Coupling. But Junkyard wars... I don't get it. It could be that the extent of my automobile knowledge is how to fill the gas tank, where the oil is and where the water thingy is... well and how to drive.

Yeah, did you see the special this weekend about him?
they did an hour long thing about his custom bikes and stuff.

The guy may be a tool... and a bad father... but he's an amazing artist and sculpter.

I had to say I couldn't choose! Junkyard Wars (either version) is great, Monster Garage is cool, and it took a truly twisted, demented and evil mind to create Full Metal Challenge.. it rocks *g* (And hey, the Cdn team's in the semi finals! Go Snow Diggers!)

There's also that Build a Better Mouse Trap show. Really depressing. No one ever wins.
