drummer/percussionist in Chicago?

   Discussion: drummer/percussionist in Chicago?

Any Fruhead drummers lurking out there in Chicago? I've been playing the local solo/duo-acoustic-singer-songwriter scene for a while and would love to get some beats and backing vocals to fill out the sound a bit. Most of the material I've been playing at gigs is original (see http://rudeyak.com for samples) and many of the songs are Fruvous-inspired, at least in the lyric-writing. If you're interested, drop me a line. Cheers. Erick.

*grin* I can sing fairly well (not amazing range, but I have good pitch and harmonizing abilities). I'm also taking drumset lessons and (godwilling) will be going to Northwestern next year. Which, I suppose, is really far away, so.. ahh.. right.
