Green Eggs from their Indie Tape...HELP
No problem. I've got an mp3 of it. I can either email it to you directly or upload it to a Savefile.com page where everyone can go grab it at their leisure (for 60 days, after which Savefile automatically deletes it).
Just let me know!

Hi everyone,
I have been sitting on several recordings of Moxy Früvous that I've picked up over the years. And though it is probably 100% illegal, I'm going to upload some of them for you to download and enjoy. How else are you supposed to pass the time on a hiatus that will never, ever end? I'm using a free website I learned about a few years back called Savefile.com. Because it's a free site, there are annoying banner ads that you have to deal with. Also, each file can only be up for 60 days from the date I upload it. Then it's automatically deleted. So to get you started, here are the four tracks of the "Bargainville Promo Tape." I purchased this tape at a show in Chicago back in the fall of 1993. I believe all it really is is four of the six tracks on the famed "Indie Tape." There's one difference that I know about: in MBLABOA, the line "Hey Bush! Hey Yeltsin!" is replaced by an overdub saying "Bill Clinton!" This is, of course, when Barack Obama was merely a 32-year-old lecturer at the University of Chicago Law School (thanks, Wikipedia!). So here you go. Download away: http://www.savefile.com/projects/808732394 By the way, if anyone can point me towards another, better free place on the internets where I can upload files like this, please let me know. Thanks!

PLEASE HELP:
does anybody have an mp3 (or even .wav - i'll convert it myself if i gotta) of the very first/original recording of Green Eggs & Ham? i've got the 'Indie' version, which is much crisper & more professional-sounding, but as muddy as it may have sounded, i always loved -and prefer- that very first arrangement...
one of my Exes absconded with my tape long before it was feasible to convert it to a digital format, and the only way i can find it as an mp3 online is as an embedded/streaming file, so i can't save it to my PC...
I will be glad to host any MF mp3s like this (at no cost). I bought all the albums I could get my hands on, but I would consider requests like this to be more along the lines of bootlegs, and why pay a bunch of money on ebay for an old cassette tape when someone can provide a digital copy for enjoyment? Especially when the band members don't see any proceeds from online auctions anyway.
