Poll: Best American Pie?

the entire attitude behind those movies bothers me. I refuse to see them on general principle.

i've seen the first one a few times on tv. but it's not my fault. it's the fault of chris klein, alyson hannigan, and natasha lyonne for looking so pretty in it.

I've seen at least once but don't like them?

I've seen all of them (My sister insisted on having a marathon one night, and for some reason I agreed) and I hated all of them.

I think that genre started with Porky's and has gone on strong every since. I was 25 when Porky's came out so a bit older than the target. I didn't see it and i haven't seen any of its successors.

What's funny is that I think the precursor genre were the beach movies, annette funicello and the gang being rebels by surfin' and dancin' on the beach.

I'd say I'm firmly in the "meh" camp.

Though they did have some moments... and... well... alyson hannigan. :)
