Ok so my mom took me to this Adam Ant show and it was 1984 and I was liek 8 or 9 and it was the STRIP tour and he took off almost all of his cloths liek O!M!G!

That being said, Adam Ant= virility XTC= actual good music

ok, so with my vote, XTC is just *narrowly* edging out pete freaking best. HONESTLY, people! :D

It probably means there are other people who are too tired, lazy, or (looking in the mirror) too dense to figure out what the hell this poll was about. In which case Pete Best is always the default answer.

I just object to that part of the song because I think XTC wins on both content and form. :)

I know the TMBG song, but I'm too young to know the actual bands it's about...but i usually skip the song and move to Spiraling Shape anyway...sorry Flans

There's no such thing as being too young to know XTC. They've had many albums long after the 80s and are still awesome. Heck, their last few albums are arguable their best. Check 'em out, darnit!! :)
