I would have to say some of my favorite one-hit wonders, as defined here by ONE HIT ONLY on POP RADIO are:
Toni Tony Tone - Let's Get Down
New Radicals You get what you give
Um... I don't know what else.

Do you suffer from long term memmory loss? You forgot Amnesia.
Indeed...if I remember correctly, "Little Miss Can't Be Wrong" was a pretty big hit before "Two Princes," and I know there was at least one more...
they were in th US but not in the UK! we had lots and lots fo them particularly round my neck of the woods...if it is the same act i am thinking of...

I may or may not have posted about little pink starts by radish. I lve it when i was fifteen and managed to overlook the line "I want to feel you from the inside" quite succesfully. I know Ben Kweller does great stuff now and radish had other hits but in the Uk that was the only top twenty or even thirty hit. They played it on Radio 1. I just have trouble with this computer as it does not like the post message feature and auto complete keeps sending me to hotmale.com!
yesyes i know i know!!! they're from Manchester, i think? *hearts* i had ONE OPPORTUNITY to see them and i missed it by 5 minutes, due to traffic. the 1997 lollapalooza tour. i got there as they were striking set and setting up for KORN. omg korn :( teh sadness. i love them love them love them. i have everything they've put out that i could get my grubby hands on. after the lolla tour, they lost their US record deal and never toured here again. my sisters were going to send me to england to see them as a graduation present. then they broke up right before i graduated o.O *teh sad*
I have their album somewhere...Along with Right Said Fred's (And Lisa Loeb and the list goes on and on). Alas, I was one to buy CDs based on one song. I was a slave to mainstream radio growing up. *sigh*

School of Fish "Three Strange Days."
GREAT guitar riff. Hard to believe that guitarist ended up in the Wallflowers by hearing how guitar-thick SoF was. And the singer Josh Clayton-Felt was so cute. We lost him to cancer barely past the age of 30. Sigh. Some people here would also say Dem Amitri's "Roll To Me" was their hit but they ued to get airplay with "Kiss This Thing Goodbye," too. Love them.
bah. eagle-eye cherry was so the wal-mart version of ben harper.
eee! "everything falls apart." i'd totally forgotten about that song, but i used to love it.
