so, i was just wondering, what's the general consensus among the canadians here on nelly furtado? is she a kewl folkie chick, or a pop sellout? and did that first sentence make any sense? no, didn't think so.

I don't really know her all that much, but I'd tend towards the latter.� and her voice I find kinda irritating :)

Actually, I think she's a kewl pop chick. There *is* good pop music in the world after all. Her new cd is quite good.

A bit of both. I think of Folklore as a�dance/folk album. I've only heard the singles from Whoa, Nelly, but those singles drove me to pick up the new album.
