icon envy

i am a girl who enjoys her photoshop, but it seems that whenever i submit a jpeg for fhdc userpic use, it will not accept anything that is at all altered, even cropped. it says my file is too big, even if it is teeny. any suggestions, all you people with the pretty pretty icons?

hmm. Never had any problems (PS 7.0 Win). The fhdc userpic shouldn't exceed 75*75 pixels and I'd advise to use Save For Web.
The general Save command attaches XML stuff and/or a color profile. fhdc might not like that...

That's exactly right, and that's why I set the limit. Not only does the XML stuff make the file really big, it breaks IE. Bad.
