I'm in for Peter for sure. In for EFO if Chris is definitely coming up.
i'm pretty sure he said he's like 95% sure. (how's that for convaluted?)
*crosses crossables* YAY for seeing you at least on saturday, though! *HUGS!*
I'm definitely interested in heading up for both, but it all sorta depends on how this weekend goes for the car. But yay I definitely wanna see people I didn't see this weekend (and even if I saw you this past weekend, I still wanna see you if you're going too!).
well, even -if- the car is an issue, we can perhaps work it out coz if i go i'd DEF be going for the efo-age, so in our mini-discussion aboot this on the way home from frucon, i told john iffin you wanted to do both, you could always ride home with meeee so i'd have a travel-buddy for part of the way sunday night!!!
so we'll work it all out somehow!!!

No babysitters available in San Jose that weekend.
(And Ellis Paul the Friday night of that same weekend at the IH... you New Englanders have the best concert schedules. But I knew that before I moved out here :-P )
hehe yeah, i'm moving to vancouver in april, hence a big reason for trying to get together this one last shebang at the horse!
i feel your pain. or rather, i will come april. hehehe. Yeah I'm debating on the Ellis Paul thing. We like him but three nights in a row is a bit much for old folks like us these days. :)

I told my mom about nohocon, and she actually encouraged me to do it. Crazy. So if I could revote, my new choice would be "Just Peter on Saturday, and lets hang out." (I know that wasn't one of the original choices, but I am creative :)

it'd be a chance to see people again, and go to the famed Iron Horse, not sure if i can though, but if there is any way i can finagle a way up there i will.

John and I are planning on arriving in Noho early in the afternoon on Saturday. We can't check into the hotel room we are sharing with Chris until after 4:00pm, so we are planning on hangning out, window shopping, meeting up with others, or whatever.
If people are available for an early dinner before the 7:00p show, that would rock, and maybe some locals could suggest a place near the venue. After the show, more hanging out/jamming could commence, at some location, somewhere. (Looking for ideas here.) Sunday morning would be a great time for more hanging out, combined with brunch (again, location to be determined). John and I are leaving early in the afternoon, though some people are staying in town to go to the EFO show Sunday night and they could do more hanging out/dinner/show. The weather is supposed to be partly cloudy with highs in the low 50s, so that should make getting around a bit easier. Planning is good, so chime in with your ideas, and who is coming. Sylvester's is good for brunch. Dinner, I love the fresh pasta bistro but that's not unanimous (I recall nate not thinking it's all that. :) ) He, admittedly, would know the area better.
mmmmmm...Sylvester's is great for brunch. I'm not really that aware of dinner food in the area, as I just ate at the horse the other time I was in Noho, but we have to get ice cream from either Herrell's or Bart's or both. :)
umm, is "eating at the horse" some new expression I haven't heard of yet?
The Iron Horse serves food, which is not too bad but not the greatest IMHO.
Yes I am planning to stay for EFO, so you're stuck with me for a second night (assuming you're going too that is :).
yessssssssss! :-D nate's not coming unless i buy his ticket. he sucks. but you rock! yay! :-D
Shells, there is always enough music to go around.
and all this time, i thought the music shortage had reached critical proportions.

Hopefully hanigng out can commence throughout the afternoon, but one idea is the arrive at the Iron Horse by/at 5:30 when the doors open. We can then sit together and have dinner there before the music starts.
As a headcount so far, I know about me, John, Chris, Nate, Beth, Andrea, [edit] Paul and that's all I know about. perhaps someone with more knowledge could update that so we make sure we get enough seats for all to join in. Brunch is still in the works for Sunday morning.
i'll likely show up around 5-5:30 at the doors, since i have my bridal shower earlier that afternoon, so i can't make it down any earlier.
and a big YESYESYES to brunch on sunday. yummmmmmmmm. me=foodgeek. :-D NATE--WHAT'S THE TICKET SITUATION??

Just a note for anyone who would normally take i-95 up through CT to get to 91. I don't know if you heard but big old explosion and fire done messed 95 up. I believe it's going to be closed in the bridgeport area for 2 weeks or more. So if you're coming up that way I think the alternate is to take 95 to8 to 84 to 91 but I could be wrong. Look into it if you think it'll mess with your plans! Ciao!
I'll be avoiding CT altogether coming up (Like I did the last time I saw EFO in NoHo, when everyone was late, including EFO), coming back I'll avoid 95 altogether by taking 84 to 684.
