That depends. Either I have a fun idea or -for the most part - I'm so obsessed with an lj icon that I want it on fhdc as well ;-)

I think I changed mine twice. Both times because someone made me a new one.

well, it was a picture of Dr. Who. And Gordon *is* DrWhoFru.....though I see he hasn't used it yet. :)
