Tall New Buildings EP: Fashion In Your Eye Single: Breaking Her Walls & Fashion In Your Eye & Extended Mixes
Damn you, Jason, for reigniting the perpetual earworm that is Breaking Her Walls. Damn you, damn you, damn you.

For those who don't know, TNB was Jian and Murray's mid-eighties new-wave hair band (not to be confused with metal hair band.. it's not like it was Tall New Büildings or anything). No, really. At the very least, head over to the bargainville forum and check out the Extended Mixes back cover image.
I'd have to disagree with Josh; "Fashion In Your Eye" is a much worse earworm to me :-) (But I can't help but wonder how seriously they took themselves when they were penning such masterpieces as "Swimming Pool of Crisis"...) Thanks for posting these, Jason!
> (But I can't help but wonder how seriously they took themselves when
> they were penning such masterpieces as "Swimming Pool of Crisis"...) Have you ever seen Jian not take himself seriously? ;-) This should become a poll... Which TNB song is the strongest perpetual earworm? I'd have to vote with Josh; I've been singing "Breaking Her Walls" since I saw the forum title. And to clarify the "mid-eighties new-wave hair band" concept, think Duran Duran. Breaking Her Walls could be one of their songs.
Totally... I got some TNB off Ebay a year or so ago and my roommate and I put them on his turntable... then he dug out some Duran Duran to compare and contrast... pretty amusing... man I would LOVE to see the video, I saw a tiny piece of it from Muchmusic during a Fruvous interview once and WOW... Jian had kind of a male Paula Abdul thing going there... HYPER!
