time for a raise?

So, supervisor is an arbitrary title, right?� Since the supervisor spent less time than everyone (save two peons)... how and who were they actually supervising?

So... back to hourly, eh? :-)

nope, still salary.... so the latter part of that is assuming my weeks are all 40 hour weeks... *SNORT*
