Dood that's f-ed up. I make about 2.25 times my rent. And even at that they had no problem with my financial ability to pay for the place.

Some places just go out of their way to shaft you. Because they can. It's really unfortunate. :(

This will mean more to Teri than to anyone else, but Arcadia wanted 4x rent as gross monthly income.� Interesting... since the only real use for the extra money would have been doing the maintenance work they refused to do.
