you can polish out scratches, unless the scratch is on the label side. Just get some plastic polish (or clear coat polish at the auto store) and polish radially.

Something strange happens to my Nields "If you lived here" CD.� It attached to one of my other CDs in the case (Beatles White Album Disc 1) and the White Album ripped a chunk of the CD right off.� I patch about 1 cm in diameter, but enough to ruin the CD right after 100 Names.� That section of the CD is now clear as glass (Since it was a burned CD as a backup to the original that was ALSO lost).

*gasp* buying a new one?� i suppose i'm being silly, but if it's that bad just get another one.� it's not like Thornhill is OOP... i know most stores would kill to get rid of theirs.� Amazon has used ones for $6+ shipping.�
