Do you love backrubs?

I will take them from anyone, unless they're skeevy strangers, and I will give them to most anyone. Often forgetting to ask first. If someone's in front of me I just want to give them a backrub and I have to remember to ask if they mind. :)
Definitely a fan of back rubs (both giving and getting one). ooh...we could do a massage circle!

I don't seem to focus tension into my shoulders/back the way a lot of people do, so unless I overdo things physically there is no necessity. While I certainly will not complain if someone wants to give me a backrub, I don't find them to be as enjoyable as people seem to find it when I give them backrubs. I think that as a general rule people don't touch enough, and backrubs are a good excuse for some good non-sexual touching.

generally i freak out about any kind ofphysical contact with people, but for some reason i can handle backrubs. :) i think it's a BYC thing... we have this thing before concerts where Gill our conductor will make us all sit in a big zigzaggy line and give a shoulder massage/backrub to the person in front of us, and then we all turn round and do it to the person who was doing it to us just before, if that makes any sense at all :D in fact when we were on choir of the year they filmed one of our rehearsals and the backrub bit made it onto the tv - i'm right in the front row. hee. my friend laura in the choirgives the bestest backrubs in the whole world, and i demand them at most rehearsals. :D
I know exactly what you mean about being in a backrub line - whether in a large circle or zig-zag, we did that in many of my acting classes in college. I usually found it easier when we were simply paired for backrubs - it's easier to concentrate on giving a GOOD backrub when you don't have someone distracting you by making your muscles go all gooey.
