German Pancakes

This is my comfort food.. one of them. My grandma used to make them for me when my parents were being fucks. Try it! It's yummmy!!

                         OVEN BAKED GERMAN PANCAKES

 
Serving Size  : 6   
 
    6                    Eggs -- slightly beaten
    1       c            All-purp flour
    1       c            Milk
    3       tb           Butter -- melted
    1       pn           Salt
                         lemon juice
                         powdered sugar
 
   Preheat oven to 450F. Grease well a 13x9x2-inch baking
   dish. Combine eggs and flour in bowl. Add milk,
   butter, and salt; mix well. Pour into prepared dish.
   Bake for 15-20 min
   Cut, and drizzle lemon juice , and sprinkle
   Powdered sugar over top.

I KNOW!! 6 eggs sounds like a lot, but unless you eat the entire pan that day, you aren't actually eating 6 eggs.

isn't there a diet that's all about carbs? You could just go on that, than you could eat them!

I have no idea bout a diet where you SHOULD eat carbs.

Oh.. well I meant the.. Annika diet.. you know.. it's pretty famous. *sigh* oh stupid dieting things I don't understand.
