Fruhead Songs

As I'm sitting here, listening to the fruhead songs, I'm wishing I could play Chad Maloney... anyone with lots of free time want to figure out the chords for someone musically sorta-challenged?

Chad Maloney is definitely one of the better ones.  Mike is showing some definite soul in that song.
