Doug Flutie Song

Did Fruvous actually write the tune to the Doug Flutie song or just the lyrics? If not, what was the original song?

I ask because the Michigan lottery is using different lyrics ("Everyone knows it's Winfall"? What is that supposed to mean?) to that tune for some new lotto thing and it's driving me nuts ;)

The song that it parodies is called "Windy".
