What's the most annoying thing on the internet?
ugh, tmbg was a trailblazer in the sucky site
category. they've had a really sucky and hard to
use site long before others dared move in that
direction (god, like 1997 or something?).
thank god father o'malley knows what he's doing :-)
I picked bad site design too - I've been looking
at music artists' sites for the past few days, and
most of them crash my browser. I mean, really.
Pop-up ads are a close second, but since I've figured out how to make Mozilla not allow automatic pop-ups, my quality of life has increased significantly.
Evil spam...anytime you see the word SPAM you know it's very very bad.

they ran a survey with similar results. like i
said in another
post, just use Mozilla and
you'll never see another popup :-)

I suppose this is kind of a subset of popup ads, because it can pop things up
even if you use Mozilla. but it's also far more evil - you never know what kind
of information it sends back to its creator/owner. browsing habits, emails
you've read or sent, contents of your hard drive, and so on.
for those who don't know about it, go to LavaSoft and download Ad-Aware and Refupdate to rid your computer of such horrible things. if you use KaZaa, uninstall it and download and install KaZaa Lite which is spyware free.

Spyware and popups. OH and Bill Gates. He's up there on my list of annoying internet things. Wait, I forgot to mention stupid typos and stupid people
in general. Dang, too bad we had to just choose one.
