People just have toast hanging around?
I mean, does this person make it constantly just in case someone stops by and needs toasted bread?

Well actually, duh head, I don't have a toaster, and when I checked to see if I had bread I happened upon approximately five new species of green and brown mold growing on my only loaf. Thus, I IMed my next door neighbor and she said I could come over and use her toast and toaster.

That explaination took more time than it was worth. You lose two points.
