The Demo Tape

Hey gang. I've recently started to build my MF album, and my last 3 cds are on their way as of this morning. The one thing I don't have is anything with Green Eggs and Ham on it. I do have the mp3, but I've had that for many years and would like to actually get a legitimate recording of it. Does this exist anywhere on a CD, or just the tape? 

It does exist on promo CD, in very limited form, but I've only seen it once on eBay.  There ended up being a bit of a bidding war, and the final bid for about US$75!  (Glad to know there are Früheads still out there, but I stopped at around $30.) Being able to transfer from the tape is your best bet.
