I've got exactly 1 of those albums: Paul McCartney, Memory Almost Full.  And I got it as an NPR Premium.  Dude, I need to get some new music.

out of the ones listed, the patty griffin, rufus, new pornographers, and andrew bird (of course) cds were all favorites of mine this year (and i'm sure the new iron & wine will be, too, but i haven't listened to it yet). other than that, my favorite releases this year were joyful sign by girlyman, the juno soundtrack, keep the silver shined by devon sproule (i think that was this year, anyway), without a bird by rachel ries, and the self-titled scotland yard gospel choir cd. and the new nields. and the strangelings. and and. and.
