Can we have either an "ignore poll" option or a None of the Above option? I have no clue about any of TMBG's albums and don't want to skew the results, but I also don't want to see these polls every time I look at the page.

I line up fairly well with most of the general TMBG fan opinions, but I've never quite understood the fascination with "Statue". For some reason, I really dislike that song, and find it strange that I live in a universe where it's tied with "I Palindrome I".
I used to be really into Spider (and Hall of Heads, for some reason). Never more than Statue or Palindrome, but I thought it was a fun little song. But that's really all it was. It's 45 seconds long. Not a lot to work with, you know?
I think it's only doing 'poorly', though, because of the way the poll is constructed. If it weren't for Statue and Palindrome, Spider might get a few more votes, but I suspect that its votes are otherwise split between those, and even without one of them, many people would pick Mammal or Dinner Bell as a close second. Put Spider up against most of The Spine and it might have a chance. :)
No, totally expected and typical human nature.

But as a result of the tie, Palindrome will be an automatic participant in the wild card round.
I am scoring each of these polls by means of # of votes x % of votes x 100. In this case, both Palindrome and Statue posted scores of 280 (8 votes x 35% x 100). All non-poll winning songs involved in tie-breakers will be involved in the wild card round. The remaining slots in the 10-slot wild card poll will be filled in by the highest scoring non-winning songs. All scores will determine seeding in the playoffs.
