Copy of indie cassette please!!!!!!!

Discussion: Copy of indie cassette please!!!!!!!

I've been a Moxy Fruvous fan since the early nineties, but in a subsequent move across Canada and then across the ocean to the UK, I was parted with my beloved original indie cassette.  In finding that no more copies of this have been made, and that Green Eggs and Ham is nowhere to be found in any other recordings, I have been desperately trying to find someone who has a copy, or a copy of the CD (I saw somewhere that Moxy Fruvous made limited copies of this awhile back) and who would be willing to make a copy for me and ship it to me here in the UK.  Obviously I would re-imburse for the cost of doing so or send british chocolate as payment, whichever the person would prefer.  Just let me know!!!
Cheers!

There's one on ebay for $8.00 right now.  Seller ships worldwide.

Oops, I think it was me who sniped that one.  Got it for US$22 and change. Gladly make a copy for you anyone who can tell me why Jian keeps getting younger. His mum told me he was born in '67.
Frulove everybody!

Technically that is correct, that no other recordings of Green Eggs and Ham are available.  At least, commercially.  Prior to the Indie Cassette, the boys made a three song demo tape, although it's physcial circulation to me is unknown.  I was provided with a digital (mp3) copy of this tape at one point a handful of years ago, with the proviso that I could have it as long as I didn't tell Jian where I got it.  Needless to say, he really wanted to know.  When I asked him if this demo tape had any 'official' name, he said, "it's just a make-a-demo tape".

The songs on the cassette are as follows (no paritcular order, off the top of my head):

Gulf War Song - Overall the same version we all know, but *slight* alterations to part of the harmonies. Not much different, all in all.

Darlington Darling - Again, overall the same, with the primary exception of a sampled effect of glass breaking used throughout, more rhythmic than anything else.

Green Eggs and Ham - I don't completely remember in which ways this is different than on the Indie Cassette, mostly different in ways quite similar to how different performances might vary between each other; banter, etc.  It's definitely the most deviant version of any of the songs on this demo tape.

Even though I'm sure the theoretical statute of limitations no longer binds me from revealing who gave me this tape, a promise is a promise.

Felt like sharin'!
