The news here just showed the chopper pictures.

it's depressing to be travelling along a freeway and then suddenly see traffic ahead of you is crawling or even STOPPED.

"Great Big Sea did have to cancel its Kitchen Party contest though. In every Canadian city on the tour, the band's played in the kitchen of contest winners.

Krista Hearn, a Vancouver resident, had spent the day getting ready for Great Big Sea to drop by. She was disappointed, but determined to have a kitchen party anyways.

"We'll just play their music in the background. So, we're still gonna do it," she said."

They'll be here Monday night and I'm so excited. I'm sooooo glad they weren't hurt.
