Need help in holes in discography

Hi all! First off, before I get into the real question, I want to thank those who sent me birthday wishes 2 weeks ago. I also want to thank whomever was responsible in making all the Frhead tunes available to us that needed at least something unheard (to us).
OK...the question: can anyone fill in some holes that the Frvous.com discography leaves open? The questions I have are: a) What are the track list for the Fly, Get In The Car, and Splatter Splatter singles; b) What tracks were used on "Live at the World Caf", Vols. 7 & 10; and c) For "Kumbaya 1995" and "Music West...and East...and North...and South", are the tracks done for just these albums (i.e. Live or re-recording) or just taken off their original albums?

I believe that Fly and Get in the Car were one-track promo singles. I don't know about Splatter Splatter but I'd bet it's the same type of promo.
