I heard about this on NPR. I doubt that cats and dogs really care but who knows. It makes the owners feel better.
The owners won't feel better when they find out that their pets are making calls and ordering things advertized on the station with the owners credit cards.
there's a TV station in Santa Cruz, CA that is all for cats. it has pictures of fish and such.
