Open Mic in NYC run by Jenna and myself!!!

This pretty much pertains to NYC folk, but visitors are also of course welcome. Jenna and I are starting our own open mic in midtown NYC on Saturday nights, starting on June 4th. The location is Jack Demsey's at 36 W. 33rd St. in the basement. Singer-songwriters are encouraged and welcome, and we want to get the word out to all interested parties, or if you know someone who would like to come down to perform or listen, let us know. We felt that there are a lack of open mics in Manhattan and most clubs make you pay to play in their space. Jack Demsey's is kind enough to give us their space in the basement for this event. It's a Irish pub-restaurant with great food and drink, and a beautiful space, unlike the music clubs on the Lower East Side. We'll be putting more info out about this in the weeks to come. Hopefully we'll make this a big success. Talk to you all soon!
