i have to say, bittorrent is one of the best things i've come across recently...and this concert is probably one of my favorites as well.
hearing all this stuff is a real treat for me, also being someone who's never seen the lads live. (sadly) it's really different than just a produced cd...with all the banter and stuff. thanks again for putting these out there...greatly appreciated and enjoyed. :D
Amen to that. I only discovered Fruvous about 9 months ago (heard King of Spain on radio.grassyhill.org) and now I can't consume enough. All these torrented shows are fantastic, especially for us late comers. I always thought They Might Be Giants was the most fun band live, but I certainly think Fruvous could rival them.
Same! I knew *of* them for awhile, but I got more of their music about three months ago...and can't get enough. you can't even imagine how much i listen to these guys...it's insane. can you say 7 hours of frvous during the science fair? ;)
its also neat to hear the stuff that didn't get put on albums...i heard this song 'grudge' or something a few days ago, and i thought it was pretty good. plus, marion frvous and stuff like that, and stuff that's different live...different sometimes as in better. and banter. my math teacher lets us listen to walkmans, ipods, etc. in class occasionally, and i had to supress serious laughter on a few occasions... one more thing- we *so* need some frcontent here. more than there is. some discussion for the newbs, please. thanks. :)
fine.... *sigh* no wall.
